A: We are caster wheels manufacturer. Our factory has been specializing in all kinds of caster wheels since 1997.
Q: Where is your factory? Can I visit ?
A: Our factory is in Yangjiang. 2 hours by car from Guangzhou,You are welcome to visit whenever you are available.
Q: What is your delivery time?
A: In general, within 20 days. It also depends on the order quantity.
Q: What is the term of payment?
A: Payment terms: 30% of deposit upon signing the PI, the rest will be cleared by T/T or L/C before delivery.
Q: Are samples available?
A: Yes, samples are available at any time, negotiable.
Q: Can i customize my own logo/brand? If i want to make a new type of caster, is that possible?
A: Yes, my friend. You can print your brand logo on the packing box, aslo can punching logo on the caster bracket, even produce your new model of caster with our great professional experience. We are good at doing the OEM things.
