This is a kind of heavy duty pp core elastic rubber top plate swivel caster wheels. You also can choose rigid/fixed type, swivel with side lock, swivel with total lock type.

Double ball bearing wheel.
Galanizing steel bracket. Electrophoresis and green paint are also available.
Usually use in heavy industrial trolleys etc.
