This is a kind of heavy duty pp core red pvc top plate swivel caster wheels that popular in Korea.
Used in heavy weight industrial places.
100mm to 200mm wheel diameter. Red pvc, other color can be customized.
They are silent and no marking. In some cases, they can replace pu material casters since they are more affordable.
